Armenia Security Council Secretary Holds Phone Talks with Russian Counterpart
Today, the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, and the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, held a phone conversation.
The Secretary of Security Council discussed the current situation on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact, highlighted Azerbaijan’s role in instigating the war, as well as Turkey’s destabilizing involvement in the conflict. The Secretary highly valued the role of the Russian Federation in settlement of the conflict.
The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, stressed the importance of settling the conflict solely via peaceful and diplomatic means.
