Sergey Lavrov and Jean-Yves Le Drian Discussed the Situation in Nagorno Karabakh
Russian and French Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Jean-Yves Le Drian discussed the situation in Nagorno Karabakh and expressed serious concern about the ongoing hostilities, press service of Russian Foreign Ministry reports.
The Foreign Ministers call on the sides for an immediate and full ceasefire and de-escalation of the situation.
The sides stressed that there is no alternative to a diplomatic solution of the conflict and also emphasized the need for further coordinated actions by the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
In addition, possible scenarios for the further development of the situation were discussed.
