A resolution recognizing the independence of the Republic of Artsakh was submitted to the city council of Italian Palermo, Valentina Karakhanyan, President of the Union of Armenian Talents of Italy, told Armenpress.
''A resolution on recognizing the independence of Artsakh has been submitted. It will be discussed on Friday,'' Karakhanyan said.
