Vitaly Balasanyan Appointed Artsakh Security Council Secretary
Artsakh president Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on December 2 appointing Vitaly Balasanyan in the post of Artsakh Security Council Secretary, Aysor reports.
Harutyunyan received Balasanyan on the occasion of appointment.
During the meeting the interlocutors discussed the ways of overcoming the created situation and issues relating to Republic’s domestic and external security affairs.
