Karabakh’s Status to Remain Unchanged, to be Decided in Future: Putin
The status of Nagorno Karabakh must remain unchanged and be decided in future, Russia’s president Vladimir Putin said at a big press conference today, Aysor.am reports.
“Karabakh status must remain unchanged and be decided in future,” he said on Thursday.
Speaking about Russia’s position he said that the regulation must be without bloodshed.
Putin stressed that the tension in the region lasted for many years and at some moment the situation was out of control.
He said he does not think the war was provoked as a result of external interference.
