Putin, Pashinyan to Discuss the Pace of Implementation of Arrangements over Karabakh
Press Secretary of the Russia’s President Dmitry Peskov confirmed the information about the visit of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan to Moscow on April 7. The leaders of the two countries will discuss the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh and the electoral process in Armenia, TASS reports.
"Yes, I can confirm. Prime Minister Pashinyan's visit to Moscow is scheduled for April 7. He will hold talks with President Vladimir Putin," Peskov told reporters.
According to the Kremlin spokesman, "first of all, the pace of the implementation of the trilateral agreement, which put an end to the military operations in Karabakh, will be discussed."
Also, Peskov added, the agenda of the talks includes "issues related to unblocking the transport infrastructure in the Transcaucasus, exchange of views on the electoral process that began in Armenia, and other topical issues of Russian-Armenian cooperation."
