President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received members of the board of the "Union of Artsakh Reserve Officers" NGO.
Social issues of demobilized and retired officers were discussed during the meeting. The President noted that with the active support of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the issue of providing housing to the acting and retired officers by 2023 will be completely resolved, as well as additional work will be done to provide social guarantees to servicemen, improve the social condition of perished, deceased, disabled servicemen and their families.
