''Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia,
Honorable Mr. Nikol Pashinyan,
Please accept my warmest congratulations on your re-election as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
Undoubtedly, the rapid pace of global and regional developments further enhances close consultations between the two countries for the establishment of peace and stability in the region, welfare and prosperity of the two peoples, and emphasizes the need for expanding multilateral relations, especially in transport and energy.
I am convinced that due to the mutual continuous efforts of the previous years, friendly, close, high-level relations have been established between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Armenia, based on goodwill, mutual respect, and historical ties between the two peoples, which will deepen and develop during your tenure.
