Armenian Foreign Minister, Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Discussed Karabakh Conflict
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received today the Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Khovaev, the press service of Armenia's MFA reports.
Mirzoyan and Khovaev discussed a wide range of issues related to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, emphasizing the importance of resuming the peace process under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group.
Mirzoyan stated the Armenian side's support for the statements of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, which indicate the need for a long-term and stable settlement of the conflict on the basis of well-known principles and elements.
Mirzoyan also stated the need for a speedy solution to humanitarian problems, the return of Armenian prisoners of war and civilians.
