Arayik Harutyunyan Convened an Enlarged Working Consultation
On September 10 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan convened an enlarged working consultation.
Issues on granting the status of a participant in hostilities during the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh in 2020, were discussed during the consultation.
Samvel Shahramanyan, chairman of the interdepartmental commission dealing with the above-mentioned issues, deputy secretary of the security council of the Artsakh Republic, made a report on the work done.
President Harutyunyan instructed the responsible bodies to clarify the approaches and procedure for granting the status: excluding unfair decisions.
