It Is Important to Reduce Tensions on the Border to Contribute to a Better Climate for Negotiations: Toivo Klaar
The European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, made a post on Twitter after his visit to Armenia and Azerbaijan.
"Ending a good visit to Armenia after two days of intensive meetings. A visit to Yeraskh gave a good impression of how close Armenian and Azerbaijani military positions often are.
It is important to reduce tensions on the border to contribute to a better climate for negotiations. The European Union is ready to support," Klaar tweeted.
