‘’Dear Mr. Prime Minister, dear friend,
I am glad to send you my warm congratulations on the occasion of the National Day of Armenia.
On behalf of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), and on my own behlaf, I want to reaffirm all the importance I attach to the development of cooperation between your country and the Francophonie.
Taking into account the fact that Armenia is resolutely involved in the work of the bodies within the framework of the Presidency of the Summit of Heads of State and Government, I wish that the unique ties with our organization become even closer, continuing to promote the common ideas of solidarity and freedom, which are going through an updated versatility, more attentive towards equality between women and men, as well as cultural and linguistic diversity, which is so dear to the Francophonie.
I reaffirm the Francophonie's readiness to support Armenian initiatives, in particular initiatives aimed at strengthening the rule of law, strengthening democracy and promoting the French language."
