Artsakh to Hold Moment of Silence on Sep 27 in Memory of 2020 War Victims
By the decision of the relevant state commission of the Artsakh Republic, on September 27, at 11:00 a minute of silence will be declared in the whole territory of the Republic in memory of the victims of the 44-day war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh in 2020.
On the same day, at 10:30 am, the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church will hold a requiem service in all functioning churches of the Artsakh Republic for the peace of the souls of the heroic children who perished for the defence of the Motherland.
