Armenia Ex-Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan Arrested
The Yerevan court of general jurisdiction today granted the motion of an investigator of the National Security Service of Armenia to arrest former Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan, News.am reports.
Tonoyan will remain in custody for two months.
