Blinken Calls on Baku and Yerevan to Resolve Humanitarian Issues
At a meeting of the Council of OSCE Foreign Ministers in the Swedish capital on Thursday US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken called on Yerevan and Baku to engage in active dialogue to resolve humanitarian issues, Sputnik Armenia reports.
"We welcome the resumption of direct dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan. We call on the parties to make progress on humanitarian issues, including the issues of prisoners of war, demining, missing people, investigations into alleged human rights violations, violations of international humanitarian law, "the US Secretary of State said.
