Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet in Astana, Kazakhstan, on October 13, the Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, Interfax reports.
''Yes, there is certainty. The meeting, really, is being prepared, but not tomorrow, the day after'', Peskov told reporters today. ''The topics are understandable, they are, of course, both Ukraine and the bilateral relations, but also there will be an exchange of views on current affairs'', he said.
