Minister of Foreign Affairs of Northern Macedonia and part-time OSCE Chairman Bujar Osmani arrived in Kyiv on January 16.
This is Osmani's first official visit as head of the OSCE.
He arrived in the Ukrainian capital by train, the journey took nine hours:
