According to the same source the spokesperson of Gyumri municipality, Lilit Makaryan has confirmed the information that Andrey Malakhov is in Gyumri. She has added that Malakhov has come to Gyumri with his staff and has expressed his condolence and his regret for the slaughter of the family that happened on January 12.
