Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan: "This situation in the Contact Line will still be preserved, but a war will not start"
Major General Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan links the recent policy of Azerbaijan with the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. "A joint plan is developed with Turkey to keep us in tension. This refers to their armed forces as well. On the border they have specialists that were trained in Cyprus, Turkey and they also have special divisions that keep that tension.
