The former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced that the US should provide more military assistance to the Ukrainian government in its fight against "Russian-backed separatists,"- reports politico.com.  She suggested to give new equipment and to provide new trainings for the Ukrainians, stating that the Ukrainian army and civilians have proved that they are worth of that support.

Earlier, the Army's top commander in Europe, Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges declared that Russia has doubled its military support for the separatists in Ukraine, indicating that it provides them with artillery. "When you look at the amount of Russian equipment that the proxies were using prior to the Minsk agreements, that amount has doubled beginning in December into the hundreds,"- said Hodges, reports The Hill.
