Francois Hollande Will be in Yerevan on April 24

On the day of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, on April 24, the President of France Francois Hollande will be in Armenia to attend the remembrance ceremony, reports Daily Sabah. During the meeting with the Coordination Council of the Armenian Organizations of France, Hollande called Turkey and Armenia to break the taboos and start a new period of bilateral relations.

Speaking about the recognition of the Armenian Genocide that took place in 1915, the French President said: "We will see new gestures and new steps on the road to recognition on the 100th commemoration year."
