The Ambassador of Ukraine to Germany Andrij Melnyk said that the negotiations in Berlin with the Foreign Ministers of Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia for resolving the Ukrainian conflict were quite difficult, but they finished with “tangible results”.
“Just finished 8 hour difficult negotiations in Berlin with some tangible results for the Normandy leaders in Minsk,” – wrote Malny on his Twitter.
