On February 10, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan met with the EU Special Representative for South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Herbert Salber, the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Foreign affairs of NKR informs.
During the meeting the sides exchanged views on the issues related to the process of peaceful settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the possibilities and perspectives of cooperation between the EU and NKR. Karen Mirzoyan also invited Herbert Salber to visit Artsakh in the framework of his mandate for getting first-hand information on the ground.
