The negotiations of Normandy four – the leaders of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine in Minsk have not finished yet. As telegraph.co.uk informs, the talks began at about 5:30 pm.

Before the beginning of the summit the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced that he expects two contradictory scenarios of the developments in the eastern part of the country - either establishment of peace, or escalation of hostilities.

"We are for peace. We should defend our land – we will do that," – said Poroshenko.

As Риа Новости informs, the ambassador of Ukraine to Belarus  Mykhailo Yezhel said that after the talks a joint document will be signed.
