Following the talks in Minsk a ceasefire agreement was reached. The ceasefire in eastern Ukraine will start on February 15 at midnight, Риа Новости reports. As the president of Russia Vladimir Putin told the journalists, as a result of the talks that lasted about 16 hours, a document was signed on the measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. The president also added that they have come to an agreement with Poroshenko to send military experts to assess the situation in Debaltseve.
The document agreed has 13 points, under which the signatures of the members of the contact group are put.
