At a press conference in Budapest with Hungarian Prime Minister, Putin was asked some questions concerning Ukraine and possible supplies of weapons from West to Ukraine. In an answer to this question Putin aswered, that according to Moscow's information, Kiev is already being armed by the West, but that fact will not change the situation: "According to our information, weapons are already being supplied to Kiev. And this is not surprising. I'm sure that whoever is supplying the weapons, the number of victims may grow, but the outcome will not be changed", - said Putin.
Putin also insisted that he is "more optimistic than pessimistic" about the implementation of Minsk agreements.
