The President of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan on Fabruary 18 received the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Igor Popov (the Russian Federation), Pierre Andrieu (France), James Warlick (USA). As the press service of NKR President informs, questions concerning the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict settlement and situation along the borderline were discussed during the meeting.
The president Sahakyan mentioned that the rough violations of the ceasefire by Azerbaijan have acquired a new, more negative quality, which present a serious threat for the peace process, the work of the mediators and the maintenance of the regional stability. He also added that such a policy cannot impact on the will and determination of the Artsakh people to strengthen the security of Artsakh and build a free, independent state.
