Since 2008, every year on February 19, the day when one of the greatest Armenian poets – Hovhannes Tumanyan, was born, Book Giving Day is being celebrated in Armenia. And it is not a coincidence that especially this day - Tumanyan's birthday, was chosen as many Armenians get acquainted and love books due to his bright poems, novels, ballads. His tails are irreplacable for Armenian children.
Different events are organized to celebrate Book Giving Day in Armenia. But the most important thing is that everyone wishes to give his or her favorite book to their close people.
