Turkey has planned to establish missile defence system with China, RIA Novosti reports referring to the Defence Minister of Turkey.
Ankara is in talks with China to implement the project of establishing the new defence system. Turkey won the tender T-LOGAMIDS (Turkish Long Range Air and Missile Defence System) in 2013.
It is reported that Turkey will get at least 12 sets of anti-aircraft missile HQ-9 system, which was created and produced by the "The Academy" of China Aerospace Science and Industry Coorporation organization.
