The Spokesman of MFA of the Republic of Armenia, Tigran Balayan in response to "Armedia" IAA inquiry commented on the statement of Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister and mentioned: "Armenia has proved that in spite of the blockade by Azerbaijan, it continues to develop quite successfully. It is Azerbaijan that has resorted to occupation and aggressive policy, and till now it enjoys its consequences."
On February 19, Elmar Mammadyarov was in an official visit to Gerogia, where he declared that "Amenia will be left out regional projects unless it puts an end to its aggressive policy."
"All projects going through Georgia today are global ones. We have previously proposed establishing cooperation as the three South Caucasian countries, but the Armenian leadership appears to be disinclined to follow this way," – APA quotes the words of the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister.
