On February 24 the President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received Chief Military Inspector of the Armenian President, Colonel General Mikael Harutyunyan, the NKR President's press service informs.
In the meeting, where the NKR Defence Minister Movses Hakobyan was also present, such issues as army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states were discussed.
