The Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov called the conditions imposed by Ukraine for a truce "ridiculous." "We do all understand it quite well that there is no ideal truce, ideal modes of ceasefire do not happen," - said Lavrov, RIA Novosti reports. Lavrov said that Ukrainian side claims that it will start withdrawal of heavy weapons only in case if a day or two there is no single shot, indicating that ideal ceasefire never happens.
Lavrov also added that in the meeting of "Normandy four" Ministers of foreign Affairs, German colleague agreed that until the withdrawal of heavy weapons, the risks of incidents will be high.
