The situation in eastern Ukraine continues to remain instable, Rosbalt reports. Today, on February 26, the headquarters of the militias of the self-proclaimed People’s Republic of Luhansk stated about ongoing clashes between the security forces and militias near the village of Novotoshkovskoe.
A representative of PRL said that security forces are thrown back behind the front line. Earlier, Gennady Moskal, the governor of Luhansk region, said, that there is no life support system in this village because of ongoing shootings. According to him, out of several thousand villagers only 300 of them, including 15 children now live here.
