Russia declared about sending humanitarian aid to Donbass. Oleg Voronov, the Deputy Head of the Ministry’s National Center for Crisis Management said that more than 170 vehicles are heading towards Russian-Ukrainian border, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the source 80 percent of the aid is food, which will be given to the most affected residents of Luhansk and Donetsk.
