The US Secretary of State John Kerry is in an official visit to Switzerland, where he will discuss not only the nuclear talks with Iran and the Ukrainian crisis, but will also have a talk with Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Boris Nemtsov’s murder, News Asia reports.
Before leaving for Geneva in a talk with ABC television, Kerry said that there should be a "thorough, transparent, real investigation not just of who actually fired the shots, but who, if anyone may have ordered, or instructed this."
