The Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, in a question of Aravot.am how he will comment on the escalation of situation on the borderline, said: "The Azerbaijani side once again demonstrated its attitude towards the addressed statements of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to strictly observe the preservation of the ceasefire and to refrain from steps escalating the situation."
Mr. Nalbandian reminded that during their last visit to the region the Minsk Group Co-Chairs declared that the Presidents had agreed to consider the proposals of the Co-Chairs which will contribute to strengthening the ceasefire. "By the aforementioned provocation Baku yet again is displaying its disrespect to the proposals of the Co-Chairs," – concluded the Minister.
