A plan for relocation of thousands of Syrian refugees from southern Europe to richer countries in the north has been presented by the UN. As The Guardian reports, the plan drawn up by the UNHCR was presented to the senior EU figures - Federica Mogherini, the EU Foreign Policy Chief and and Dimitris Avramopoulos, the Commissioner for Home Affairs.
According to the plan the asylum seekers should apply for asylum in their first country of entry, under legislation known as the Dublin law.
