The Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute published Aurora Mardiganian’s "Ravished Armenia" book translated into Armenian. The book presents Aurora Mardiganian’s (Arshaluys Mardiganian) – an Armenian Genocide survivor - memories of her and her exiled people’s painful experience during the Genocide.
There are a lot of testimonies of the Armenian Genocide survivors, but Aurora’s story has a lot of peculiarities. It is due to these peculiarities that in 1918 the book "Ravished Armenia" based on Aurora’s story was published. A Hollywood film based on the book was filled in 1919.
