German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier  during his official meeting in the US met State Secretary John Kerry, dw.de reports.

During the meeting German Foreign Minister noticed that they are far from being satisfied on what they achieved in Ukraine and they still needed to keep pressure on the sides. On the occasion Steinmeier particularly noted: "It is far too early to pat our shoulders and take pride in what we've achieved."

Commenting on Iran,  German Foreign Minister underlined the importance of the ongoing negotiations.  In his turn Kerry noticed that Iran needed to make "fundamental choices" in order to prove the world  that "there will be no path to a nuclear weapon and that the world can be certain of the activities that Iran is engaged in," dw.de reports.
