"It’s Snowing in April" – Maxim Gorki Theatre opens the 40 days of events on the memory of the Armenian Genocide, visitberlin.de reports.
"The theme of Genocide has been pursuing me since my childhood as a big wound in the history of mankind. The aim of the events is to remind people through performances and films about what happened in 2015 and its consequences," – the director of Groki Theatre Schermin Langhoff said.
Among the events, the performance "Musa Dagh: Days of Resistance" will be shown in the theater. The performance is based on the book "40 Days of Musa Dagh", which shows the self-defense of a small community of Armenians living near Musa Degh.
