As the clashes between the Islamic state militants and the pro-governmental forces continue in Libya, families have started fleeing Libya’s coastal city of Sirte, euronews reports. According to the source, there is already shortage of food and fuel, and also there is information that the IS militants have kidnapped foreign medical staff.
