The creators of the psychological thriller "1915", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, presented the audience trailer and official poster of the movie.

A psychological thriller "1915" directed by Garin Hovhannisyan and Alec Mouhibian will be released in theatres on April 17, 2015.

The movie has been produced in partnership with the Armenian Center for National and International Studies (ACNIS) and the RVVZ / IDeA Foundation. The music of the movie is by Serj Tankian

As it is written on the official website of "1915", "the movie takes place one hundred years after 1915, on the other side of the world. It is about denial: what happens when the past is ignored; what happens when it is confronted. It tells the story of a man who is on a mission to bring the unrecognized ghosts of 1915 back to life," – the directors of the movie said.

In a talk with "Armedia" IAA about the cast of the film, Garin Hovannisian, the co-director of the movie said: "Our cast approached "1915" not only as a work of cinema, but also as an opportunity to shed new light on the first genocide of modern history."

The premiere of the movie in Armenia will take place on April 25.
