Economic sanctions against Russia will not be lifted until the Minsk agreement is fully implemented. This statement was made by the European Union leaders, Financial Times reports. Moreover, in the summit in Brussels, the EU leaders decided to renew the sanctions as they are due to expire in July.
Commenting this statement, the EU President Donald Tusk said: "We have to maintain our sanctions until the Minsk agreement is fully implemented."
