Georgian Foreign Minister Tamar Beruchashvili expects positive outcomes from the Riga summit, especially in terms of the visa liberalization process.
"The mood is positive, because despite the challenges, we have achieved some results after the Vilnius summit. This particularly refers to those countries, which have signed the Association Agreement with the EU. Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova are unanimous in their choice. We have also taken very serious steps concerning the reforms in every area and especially what refers to the Action Plan on Visa Liberalization. Our task is to fully reflect all our results in the Riga Declaration", - said Tamar Beruchashvili.
The fourth Eastern Partnership Summit opened in Riga on May 21. The plenary session of the Riga Summit will be held on May 22, after which a joint declaration will be adopted by the participants of the summit.
