The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick in an interview with the Azerbaijani Turan Agenc stressed that the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Sargsyan and Aliyev, does not want war, Panorama.am reports.

In an answer to the question, what will happen, if Baku starts war, he mentioned that this would expand the conflict and escalate the situation, and will hinder the mission of the mediators. "Therefore, we are working to achieve the maintenance of ceasefire regime and to avoid violence," Warlick said.

He also added that if there is a political will, then the conflict can be resolved. "I have met with Presidents Aliyev and Sargsyan a lot and I can say that they do not want war, but want to resolve the conflict peacefully, and that is why we are helping them," Warlick stressed.
