French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius declared that Syrians need right political conditions in the country in order to defeat the Islamic State militant group, Sputnik News reports.
"To eradicate these terrorists [ISIL], we must give the Syrians a political perspective," Fabius told Le Parisien newspaper.
