Turkey Has Introduced Visa Regime for Russians Having Service Passports
Turkey has introduced a visa regime for Russian citizens, entering the country with official passports. The innovation came into force on April 15, but it will not affect the holders of diplomatic passports, the Turkish Embassy in Moscow said, RIA Novosti reports.
For Russians, entering the country with regular passports, visa-free regime is maintained.
