Clinton Has Received the Number of Delegates' Votes for Presidential Nomination

The former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has won the number of delegates' votes required for her nomination as a presidential candidate from the Democratic Party, TASS reports referring to Associated Press.

According to the AP, the Democrat has currently received support of 2,383 electors - that is the number of delegates needed for the official nomination. This will happen at the national Democratic convention, which will take place in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania), on July 25-28.
