Turkish authorities bought former Tunisian President Ben Ali’s VIP aircraft for Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The Turkish authorities have reported that they have bought the Airbus A340-500 VIP aircraft at a reasonable price. It is reported that the aircraft costs 78 million dollars, Cumhuriyet reports.
It should be noted that the former leader of Tunisia Ben Ali fled to Saudi Arabia in 2010. A Tunisian court sentenced him in absentia to life imprisonment for multiple murders.
