April war showed how perilous Karabakh conflict is. This was declared by German Minister for Foreign Affairs and Chairman-in-Office (CiO) of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Frank-Walter Steinmeier, during his opening remarks at the 23rd OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting in Hamburg, Germany.
He said that the OSCE was concerned about the recent escalation in Karabakh, adding that the negotiations should be carried out to solve the crisis, Sputnik News reports.
"There is a format for mediation in the negotiations in the [Karabakh] conflict — [the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe] Minsk Group and today it is necessary that the process would get a second wind," Steinmeier said.
